What is this all about...?

We set a fortnightly challenge on a Sunday evening. We suggest the theme and you decide how to interpret it, whether that be in the form of cards, sketches, layouts, altered items....... YOU DECIDE

We would love you to join us each time and leave us a comment so that we can come and see your creations! Don't forget to grab yourself our blinkie to add to your blog so that you can spread the challenge!

Hope to see you soon!

Challenge No. 58 - Lemon, Lime with a dash of Ribbon

Thanks to everyone who took the time to join us with our last challenge.  Your entries and comments are really appreciated. Thank you to all those who joined us last time.

I'm pleased to say that we have yet another FANTASTIC sponsor this time around:

Heather Dennis who owns Fresh Brewed Designs is a coffee lover extraordinaire!  Faced with the fact of so few coffee based digi designs out there, Heather decided to create her own.  She very kindly sent the DT some of her images to work with and is generously offering a $10 Gift Certificate to one lucky participant in our Challenge this time.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning this great prize is to take part in our challenge. Leave us your link with the lovely Mr Linky and then leave us a comment. A winner will be picked at random from all the comments received for those that take part. Good luck!

Don't forget to add your details to the clever Mr Linky at the bottom as well as your comment.

The FANTASTIC Design Team, which I'm sure you'll all agree, have again come up with some great work.

Winner - Challenge 56

So sorry for the delay in posting the winner of our Challenge in Week 56, I'd originally forgotten but when Saskia reminded me last week, I've then been suffering with an awful migraine this last week and have had to avoid the computer on a social basis as I have no choice but to sit in front of one all day, every day at work!

So, without further ado, the winner of the cat in a pumpkin image on Challenge 56 - Carrot, Courgette and a Flower is...

Kym, please email me at rosie@freycob.co.uk and let me know where to send the image to.

(I used my sketch literally for my card this week).

Saskia

Karen

Brenda
For Brenda's first card, she used the sketch and forgot the colour combo, so she sweetly gave me another card, using the colour combo but forgetting the sketch!  She did bring a smile to my face, so I'm showing you both of her cards, because they're both fab!

All change!

There have been some big changes here this week.

Deanne and myself set the challenge blog up a year ago, but sadly Dee's decided to go her own way and follow different craft opportunities for which I wish her the greatest sucess. Thanks to her for being a fab challenge partner!

We are also going FORTNIGHTLY from this week's challenge. I appreciate that there are so many challenges out there that demand more and more of our time, so in consideration of this, I will set a new challenge every two weeks.

The other change is that you'll remember we appointed an awsome DT to be with us from July to September inclusive. Prior to Dee leaving, we'd discussed lots of things and had decided to keep four of the ladies on the team... as you can imagine this was the most difficult of tasks to agree on. As a result the four ladies that will be staying with the Challenge Blog for now are Saskia, Karen, Brenda and Jo.

I really cannot say thank you enough to Lyn, Jackie, Kaz and Gez for all their support and fantastic work that they've produced over the last 3 months.

Lyn is staying with us for October as a Guest Designer and hopefully the other ladies will join me and the team for a month each too.

Please do take the time to join in with us, it's lovely to see what you do with the themes, and remember that we will be offering a prize to one lucky participant courtesy of our generous sponsors.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of being chosen is to create your card using the theme of Bows & Arrows, come back and leave your details with Mr Linky and also leave us a comment.
